Don’t jump off your seat in happiness. The i30 is not yet India bound, but we have some spy images of the European 2012 i30 being tested in the extreme cold of northern Europe. Talior made for the European market this one is very stylish and rich looking. Engine options expected to be available are 1.6
petrol with 122PS of power and 155Nm torque. The 1.7 Diesel which is also available has power figures of 115PS and 255Nm of torque. Those numbers and pictures somehow tell us that the i30 can work in India if ever Hyundai plans to shun i20 or maybe sell the i30 along with the i20. Till then keep dreaming.
